Lumbot not showing at the bottom of the help page.

I'm having an issue (account has been deactivated) and as far as I know the only way to create a support ticket is through Lumbot, which isn't appearing on my browser. I tried in Chrome and Edge and just updated Chrome to make sure it wasn't a version issue. How do I get this bot to show up or make a ticket another way?

    Hi,

    This is strange. I am able to see the Lum bot on Lum.ca

    Can you clear your browser data, disable any plugins you may have or VPNs, also try to use incognito mode. Hope that helps.
