Trouble Activating Account

Hi, my husband and I had a Sasktel sharemore account under my name. We both switched to Lum and recieved our SIM cards and both want to keep our phone numbers. I had no trouble activating my account but it won't accept my husband's address. We have the same address so I know we are inputting it correctly since it worked for me. I think since he was on my share more plan we are running into difficulty. How can we activate his SIM card while keeping his current phone number?

If you're porting from SaskTel and it was under your name. You may need to input your name as the person requesting the port perhaps? Maybe try that ..
