Hi,

Just tried setting up YouMail for a second time - sigh. Can anyone help? Setting it up seemed as simple as last time BUT same issue. When LUM forwards to YouMail for a No Answer call there is no greeting message played. Just dead air but it is recording. If my phone is off then everything works as it should. The Youmail greeting works.

    Due to all the troubles with YouMail, Lüm has since introduced traditional voicemail service for a flat fee of $60 per year that you can add in your Lüm account.
