No internet!

I only seem to have internet when I'm on wifi. I can make phone calls but my messaging apps don't work. Has someone else had this problem?

    Could you be more specific? What messaging apps don't work? Does your phone show that you have an active wifi or data connection? Is this a new issue?

    I am having this problem today. I was out of my home, no internet at all. Peculiar things, like Siri could not make a phone call from my contacts. In fact, If I open my contacts and press the phone icon of my contacts, I get a message that a connection can not be found. Back home, same behaviour.

    It's worse than I thought. Even if I dial a number on my phone it won't work.

    Even worse, it isn't working connected home internet. I can use Google Maps however.

    Hello, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

    1. Disconnect from Wi-Fi.
    2. Check your remaining data in myLüm.
    3. Check how many bars you have. If your signal strength is low, your data may not work
    4. Toggle Airplane mode on your phone.
    5. Restart your phone.
    6. Raise a ticket from your myLüm if these steps did not work
