Conditional Call Forwarding to use YouMail

If you're able to Register with YouMail, but receive and error message when trying to Verify Activation, set call forward number to 13433035081 within your Lum Mobile App:

  1. Log into Lum Mobile App
  2. Use left-hand menu to choose Settings
  3. Tap Manage Call Forwarding
  4. Set Call Forwarding (Busy/No Answer/Not Reachable) to 13433035081. Use the checkboxes to turn on each call forward option you want to use.

Then, log in to your YouMail app to verify YouMail is working:

  1. Use left-hand menu to choose Settings
  2. Tap Activate/Deactivate
  3. Tap Verify YouMail is Working
  4. Tap the Verify Activation button
