Link account without master

I want to get both of my daughters a LUM account. How do I set up my Lum account and then link one for each of them? The help says to go into my dashboard and link, but it doesn't look like I can do that without first getting my own sim and starting from there.

Any help would be appreciated.

    The main account would need to be set up and running before you can link.
