No Phone service - been asked to Post a Ticket and Submit won't come on
I have been struggling with no phone service. I was given the usual advice - turn phone, airplane mode off and on, check data, etc. Then I was told to fill out a trouble ticket.
I filled out the trouble ticket AND THE SUBMIT button won't come on! A chatbot has had me going in circles. Any advice?

I have received two emails from you (at the noreply account). Both say that something has been added to my ticket. I go to my ticket, and there is no message there and the phone is still not working.
