Why doesn’t the Lum membership date start when you activate your SIM card? I’ll have lost 5 days of my 3 month membership. Just curious if this is something that could be corrected for future Lum members.

If, by any chance, your information hasn't been updated closer to your membership end date, simply raise a ticket, and we'll take care of it for you!
