Why doesn’t the Lum membership date start when you activate your SIM card? I’ll have lost 5 days of my 3 month membership. Just curious if this is something that could be corrected for future Lum members.

    Hi @Bkdg306, no need to worry if there's a mismatch right now. These details will be seamlessly aligned in the near future. We do run reports to double check this. If, by any chance, your information hasn't been updated closer to your membership end date, simply raise a ticket, and we'll take care of it for you!
