Where did he get this message that Lum isn't available? Where did he check?
Once he had entered all of his info etc and pressed submit. It acknowledged that he had entered his info and said they would let him know when service was available in his area. As I said I’m already on
That's strange, can you verify that the information you have on your account matches what you put on your husband's account when signing up?
I think I figured out why we got that message . the drop down box for our towns po boxes didn't go all the way to our number so I typed over a number that was there. I didn't see that that number pops up and we should have clicked on it. I tried to submit again and now it says invalid email address. ????
@Weezie double check there aren't any extra spaces in the email address or at the end or in the beginning. That can cause problems.
