Renewed my membership on Nov 23, 2023. My credit card was charged for the renewal. Today my phone was disconected . Online acount says payment was not processed, but according to my credit card account it was. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ACCOUNT????????"

    Hi, please raise a ticket in your Lüm account.


    Your credit card maybe showing a pending payment. Unless the payment is posted it will most likely drop off if it wasn't processed or there was some issue.
