Sim card mixup

I messed up and ordered (paid for) an extra sim card for my account, and also sent for (free) one for my son's account. So, I should have received 2 cards. I only received 1, which in the end is fine, I only needed one to set up my sons account. However, I would like to get rid of the instructions for a new SIM card on my lum mobile app screen, and I'm a little miffed that I paid for one I didn't receive.

    Hi @funkdubiu5, please create a trouble ticket under your myLüm so we can gather more details from you. If you can please advise the following:

    Did you receive a tracking number for each SIM?

    Which SIM successfully got delivered?

    What is your sons account or phone number?

    This will help in identifying where things went wrong and help us rectify whatever did.
