Porting number failed, no lum customer support phone number

I've now spent several days on this, and have been unable to port my phone number from good2go mobile to lum after several attempts using the sim activation page on the lum website. I have also submitted a troubleshooting ticket, and called my previous provider several times.

I cannot find a customer support phone number to call lum directly with. Where can I find a lum customer support phone number?
