Install SIM in Cellular Camera

I have a cellular camera that I would like to use my SIM in. However it requires SIM user name and password to do this as per the vendor instructions on setting up a new SIM. Is this something LUM can do for me if I bring the camera to you?

See this link for APN settings you may need to enter to access the network. If you're seeing some other login information it could be a device or vendor specific subscription login perhapse? Unrelated to Lum.
