Not getting 2FA texts or emails
Hello,
I'm trying to log on to my LUM account. I have 2FA set up, and it's not sending me a text with my 2FA code, nor is it sending me an email with the code.
I've tried from my laptop, and also from my phone.
I can't log on to open a trouble ticket.
I've had 2FA set up for about 6 weeks, and not had any trouble with it before.
Can someone help me?

I've tried again Thursday morning with the same result. I log on with my password and get to the screen where it asked to verify my account, but I get not code sent via text, nor email. Can someone help me with this please?
