MFA broken

Hi Lum. I enabled MFA on my lum account via the application. When I log in with my username/pass I am prompted with the 2nd factor code. This code is never recieved by sms or email (inbox/junk/other folders). Selecting "resend code" is also not effective. I am unable to access account to create a support ticket for this due to this. Please let me know how to get direct support to rectify my account.
