I am in Mexico and I am unable to make any phone calls to canada. I am able to make local calls.

    If you have a Samsung phone, there is a call barring menu setting you can try fiddling with.

    It should be in your phone app's settings under supplementary services.

    Calling from Mexico always starts with 001 then the 10 digit number
