IMEI number
On sign in page, not accepting my IMEI number from my phone. I am in Saskatchewan.

Could you provide more information? What are you trying to do?

trying to buy a membership. It tells me to find my IMEI on my phone which I did and entered it. The next screen says:
"Can't find your EID, enter it here, or use back button to try again." I have entered it here on that screen and also hit the back button and reentered it on the original screen asking for the IMEI from my phone. Just goes back and forth and does not accept it in either place.

Now if I go to a different spot on the dashboard to see if my phone is eligible, the number is accepted and I get a WhooHoo. So if it's ok in that spot, why is it not accepting it on the sign in screen?

If you're trying to port your number through IMEI information. That usually doesn't work. You should be using your previous account number.
