Dashboard not showing data, text message saying you don’t have data but you know you do
I just went through a day outage so hopefully this will help someone avoid the same thing. It started with a text in the morning
I checked my dashboard and the data section was blank
I was sure I still had around 20 gigs left but I went ahead and purchased more and the dashboard didn’t change. I now know the AI Help can give you data balances so it now said I had 45 gigs.
Try to make a call and if you get the message you don’t have data or are trying to make an international call then you know something is messed with your account.
If you get this situation put in a ticket right away and reference ticket 13431 for a solution.

my wife’s account just had the same thing happen. Unfortunately putting in the reference ticket didn’t help. After two hours their tier one just handed the ticket to a programmer.

Is the number a normal phone number in Can/US? It's not a toll number that you're trying to call, right?
