I had issues with features on my Samsung after switching to Lum and ended up needing a physical SIM card.
I had issues with the new SIM card process and it took a while to figure out while I was left without service. However, I was able to eventually work it all out with Lum and service and all features were restored. A chat option for instant access to a tech for these immediate, crucial issues would be extremely helpful.
Unrelated, I was so surprised to see flower seeds in my package. Not only flower seeds, but wildflowers native to Saskatchewan that are grown here from a local company! I was so impressed and think this is a wonderful idea. Planting native species is more crucial than ever, and every little bit helps. Don't ever stop this!
