Still having issues with using internet outside of wifi & sending/receiving texts and/or large files

I signed up with an account and switched over to Lum from SaskTel last week using E-sim. Things seems fine EXCEPT for the fact that every time I leave my house, I cannot use the internet(e.g. - any social media apps, Google, etc.). I also am having issues recieving and sending photos and/or large text files via SMS. I have restarted my phone multiple times. I have toggled the airplane mode. Nothing seems to be helping fix the issues and sadly these issues are now causing major inconveniences for me in my day-to-day. Thanks for the help in advance.

    Do you see an LTE symbol on top of your phone to indicate that you're connected to the cell network when away from home?

    No I do not see an lte symbol

    You probably need to update your APN settings. These instructions tell your phone how to communicate with the network.

    Here is some more information. Where you find the settings to update this information will depend on your device.
