Outstanding Amount

My membership expired February 9th but I forgot to renew it. I went to change my membership to three months but it said try again so I didn’t know what was wrong until I found an outstanding charge I wasn’t aware of. Do I have to pay it in addition to renewing my membership?

    Lum is prepaid. There cannot be any outstanding charges. Everything is prepaid. You should be able to just renew your membership.
