Hi,

I've purchased some US data for an upcoming trip - do I need to do anything on the phone, or will it automatically switch to the US data instead of Canada data ?

    In most cases it should work automatically. Sometimes you may need to go into your phone's settings and manually connect to a US network.

    Your phone also needs to be VoLTE compatible and it needs to be turned on. Easy way to check it is if you make a call on your phone it should stay connected to LTE and not drop to 3G.

    To make sure your data works in the US. Data roaming needs to be enabled also.
