added account number and IMEI , IMEI was wrong and now i cant go back and redo with only the account number. super frustrating.

The problem is the app is stuck and I can not redo the porting request

    i work all day and dont have time to troubleshoot please reset my account from approve number porting back to e sim activation,,

    surely this isnt the first time this happened with such a easy mistake to make. there should be a easier way then this….

    Hello,

    Please raise a ticket in your Lüm account. Use your account number instead of IMEI next time.
