Number Port After Activation
Hi,
I activated my Lum eSim yesterday by selecting a new phone number because I had some issues with porting my old phone number but I actually wanted to transfer my phone number from Koodo. Is there still a way to port my old phone number?

Hell Nat, thanks for your question, and thanks H-Man for helping out.
Login to your myLüm account.
From the Dashboard, touch 'Update profile'
On the next screen scroll down and touch 'Change Phone Number'
On the next screen 'Confirm Password'
On the next screen, select the option 'Yes, I already have a number and I want to use it.'
Continue on with the rest of the form.
Within the link H-Man provided, there are stipulations when a number could possibly not be ported over.
