Attempting to recharging data bills my account but does not add data, anyone had this problem before?

    Please raise a ticket in your lum account and someone can look into it for you.

    Also ensure you are not selecting auto data recharge. Select the buy and manage data option to reload instantly. If you're still having difficulty, raise a ticket.
