The new look for the website seems fine however the usage history feature has problems.

(1) There is now ability to download usage. Unfortunately the format is PDF which isn't very useful (better than nothing though). Previous discussions in this forum suggested that the ability to download usage in a format that could be analysed (such as .csv) would be great. A PDF does not allow any analysis.

(2) The amount of data usage in the downloaded file does not match the data usage in the bar chart. One or both must be incorrect.

(3) There is an "Email" link and a "Download" link in the Usage Details section. I'm not sure what the "Email" link is intended to do but it doesn't work. When I click on it there is a pop up saying "Email sent successfully" but I get no email.

    Hi @mcra, thank you for your feedback. Although the new app now allows for the download of usage data, which wasn't possible before, we acknowledge it's not yet perfect. We have already identified this issue with the developers, and they are working on providing a downloadable CSV or excel version. Regarding the discrepancy in usage data, the bar chart provides a higher-level overview, and the most accurate details will be in the downloadable version, though the difference should not exceed a few kilobytes. Regarding the email link, you are correct; it is a known issue that we are currently addressing. With the introduction of new features, there may occasionally be a bug or two that requires attention.

    Thank you for your reply. With respect to the discrepancy in usage data, the difference is larger than just a few kilobytes. I suggest you look into this to see what is going on.
