Sasktel taken over my screen
I have been out of the country and have just now put my lum SIM card back in. My phone has a message saying 'Switch to Sasktel?' And stuff about restarting my phone to install Sasktel apps. This text covers so much of my screen that I cannot navigate anywhere at all. No way to close it. Don't want to hit the 'restart and switch' text at the bottom.
Anyone know what's going on?

Hold down the power button on the phone until it restarts. Hopefully that will resolve the issue.
Android phones try to configure the phone according the carrier. I believe that's what's happening here. Look up a way to force restart your phone and that should work hopefully.

Thanks. I did do that and it made no diff. Finally hit the restart and switch text and it seems fine now. I was worried I would get sasktel and not lum, but I think it was just talking about the network. Thanks a lot for the prompt reply.

Lüm runs on the SaskTel network. So when you insert the sim card a lot of phones read it as SaskTel.
Glad you resolved the issue.
