Cannot Connect to Network

Worked yesterday. Today this.

I tried:
- airplane mode
- reboot phone
- take out SIM

Putting SIM into a different phone results in the same issue.

    Can you verify you have an active membership and data available. If so and are still experiencing issues. Please 'Raise a Trouble Ticket' by logging into your Lüm account.

    Yes and yes.

    I already had a ticket in at the time if posting. It has been solved by the programmers.
