How do I calculate my membership renewal .

My membership is coming due the end of November.. It should be $200.00 for 1 year plus 911 service of $24.96. plus tax = $249.71 . I have a referral credit of $25.00. The message says any credits have been deducted but of course it hasn't.. Want to get this right before the charge goes through my credit card.?

    Verify that you have a valid refferal showing up in your Lum account. You can check in the lum mobile app, on the main page, under the Refer and Earn section.

    If a referral is showing up there but isn't being included, then please raise a ticket in your lum account. Alternatively, if it is showing up there but not being reflected in your invoice, still raise a ticket. You still have time to resolve the issue.
