Renewal is buggy as all get-out
The renewal process seems to be very buggy. When I go to manage services, I see a BOX titled CHANGE MEMBERSHIP that tells me to go to CHANGE MEMBERSHIP. I click on the Box title several times, finally notice there is a CHANGE MEMBERSHIP BUTTON in the box above. Click that. I get a message that my membership is changed to expire on "INVALID DATE". I then get a message from NOREPLY@lum.ca telling me … NOTHING … with the subject "We've replied to your support request" and "We hope this helps."
As well, there were only a few days warning for those of us with memberships expiring at the end of the on a Thursday afternoon. It looks as if the support software is buggy in that if I add a comment, it marks it as a resolution. HELP

Hi. I'd try a different device to see if it resolves the issue.
If you continue to have trouble. Raise a ticket under help menu in your lum account.

There does not seem to be a way to turn off the auto-renew. The button seems to be broken.
