New Plan Garbage
Not happy with the way this was rolled out. I've got two kids on Lum, they are ultra-low-data users, like maybe 500MB per month just to stay connected. So Lum made sense on the "old plans". One of my kids renewed a few months ago, no issues there. Second child received a renewal notice email on September 19th, which showed all the standard pricing for a 1-year membership auto-renewal occurring on Nov 3rd.
Well, today the auto-renewal happened, and to my surprise it was for one month on the "new" plan. WTF? I DO NOT WANT THIS! So now….if I switch it back to a 1 year auto-renew a month from now…I'm $40 into it for this month + another $300 for the new plan…and 15+150GB of data that WILL NEVER GET USED. Holy crap this is infuriating.
Lum…why did the email state one thing…which I reviewed and agreed with…then something completely different (which I did not agree to) ended up happening?

Email notifications should have been sent out prior to renewing on the new plans.
