Due to the Canada Post strike, your SIM card shipment may be delayed if you have placed an order in the past week. If your phone is eSIM capable and you wish to change your SIM type, please let us know.

    Hello Lüm Members,

    As Canada Post is still on strike we will be sending SIM cards via courier. Emails will be sent with a tracking number. These can only be delivered to physical addresses. We will reach out to PO Box address customers and request a physical location.

    Canada Post is now accepting shipment requests however, will continue to send SIM cards via courier until early January to ensure timely delivery.

    These can only be delivered to physical addresses. We will reach out to PO Box address customers and request a physical location.
