I accidentally selected Activate SIM before ordering a SIM

I thought I was able to activate my existing SIM and now cannot get out of that screen and no options to order a new one I paid for a yearly membership and so far cannot use it. Having no luck getting to options that others have said to go to as they are not showing up in any of my menu choices.
Please help! This is very frustrating,
