Lum is attempting to charge $999 for annual renewal - something is wrong

My friends lum account is about to be shut down and is freaking out as lum attempted to charge $999 to her credit card for the 1 year renewal.

an someone from lum please look at this and fix it. Its not a good look for lum and this ridiculous membership change nonsense.

her help ticket is # 20855

    Try to clear the app cache or just go to your account from another device. Sounds like it’s showing unexpected info so this might help.

    Its good you have raised a ticket. Someone will respond to you there and see what's going on.
