I am in the US, my phone does not receive texts and calls from many sources

I have checked everything suggested by FAQ.My spouse has a similar phone (Motorola Pure) and identical Lum account and his works fine.

My phone did receive a call from our US Skype phone number but not from my spouse(in the US) and or daughter (in Canada)

I notice ,comparing settings on both our phones that under"network and Internet" my phone has an extra section titled 'Calls and SMS ;' and when opened it has Calls Lum number and tests Lum number in faint type. Both these are unreactive to touch

    Are you able to make calls from the affected phone?
