No Text for porting confirmation from previous provider?

I am trying to activate eSim by porting my old number from Virgin to Lum.
But it's been over 2 hours since I made request and still NO text from Virgin for me to accept.
What should I do?

Is there a status of the port request in your Lüm account. Ensure that you're using your Virgin account number to port out.

It's "Pending" for several hours.
I then contacted Virgin support, they said they haven't received any port-out request of my number.
That means it's all on Lum.

If it's still not going. You can Raise a Ticket in your Lum account and someone will assist.
