5g
I have an iPhone 16 and renewed on the new plan. I’m not getting 5g only LTE. I have toggled cellular and restarted my phone. Do I need a different SIM card or something ?

i should have said. I was on Lum for a year so i have my original Lum sim installed.

Just wait a little bit. It can take some time for the configurations to kick in sometimes. In the settings on your phone see if there's a toggle to switch between LTE and 5G. Also ensure VoLTE is turned on.
If you don't have the toggles in your settings or they're already turned on. I'd just give it a day.

Did this get resolved? I'm also having an issue with having no cellular data since renewing the other day. My phone is only working when connected to wifi.

check you APN settings of it’s just your data.

If it’s just 5G check to make sure your 5G is turned on.https://help.lum.ca/kb/articles/69
If it’s everything, log a ticket. Click help on the left menu and follow the steps.
