Activating SIM

I recently received my SIM card in the mail and have gone through all the steps of activating it, however my activation keeps failing. I am using the same number as my old provider so now I am stuck with no service because my number transfer is approved (no more service from old provider) but my SIM card will not activate (no new service from LUM). I have done all of the trouble shooting steps and have submitted a ticket for help but it has been over 12 hours and no response. Anyone know what to do?
