What else can I try to get service?

I've got the following Access Point settings:

Name: Lum

APN: lum

MMSC: http://mms.lum.ca/

MMS Proxy: mig.lum.ca

MMS Port: 80

MVNO Type: GID

MVNO Value: 5A

I've made sure that my service is not set to "paused" in the "Security & Controls" section. I've also tried SaskTel's APN settings. Any ideas?

    To make things clear, I have a Samsung S20 FE 5G, originally purchased from a SaskTel dealer, with a physical Lum SIM card.
