Voicemail PIN for my wife

Hello. I need to add a PIN for my wife's voicemail on her phone number. We have two phone numbers with Lum, under the same account, and when I try to reset PIN from my online account, it only resets it for my voicemail.

She is receiving voicemails that she is not able to listen to because she doesn't have a PIN for her voicemail.

    Try logging into her lum account directly. Currently you're trying to manage it as a linked account I think.
