Lüm App Not Opening on iOS Devices

We are currently experiencing an issue with the latest version of the myLüm app.
It is getting stuck on the logo page for users with Face ID enabled.
You can still access your myLüm account through a browser, or if using your phone is essential, you can turn it sideways and click the button that appears in the background.
If the app prompts you to update every time you log out, please force close it.
If you are experiencing any issues besides the one mentioned here, please provide the iPhone model, iOS version, and, if possible, a screen recording.
