    Sorry to hear that you lost your cell phone. We can definitely help you get a replacement SIM card for your iPhone 13.

    If you need a replacement SIM card, please follow these steps:

    1. Login to your myLum account
    2. Select 'Manage Services' from the left hand column
    3. From that drop down, select 'Data & Add-ons'
    4. On the next screen, touch the 'Purchase Now' button
    5. On the next screen, scroll down and select the box 'SIM Card' It will be outlined in green with a check mark in the upper right corner, you can then select the 'Next' button lower right of the screen.

    Continue on following the prompts to verify payment details and confirm your payment.

    Regarding shipping and Canada Post: Due to potential Canada Post service disruptions, we are currently using Purolator for shipments. Purolator does not deliver to PO boxes, so we will need a street address for delivery. This can be your home address or someone you know who can receive it for you.

    Once your order is processed, a SIM card will be sent to you via Purolator. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
