As of this morning, I can receive calls and send and receive texts but I can't make outgoing calls. I try to call but it won't connect and the phone says "call ended".

I have tried the following:

  1. restarted the phone
  2. turned phone off, removed sim, put sim back, restarted phone
  3. turned airplane mode on and off
  4. changed preferred network type to 2G/3G
  5. changed preferred network type to 4G/3G/2G
  6. changed preferred network type back to it's original setting where it worked before at 5G/4G/3G/2G
  7. turned wifi on and off
  8. restarted phone numerous times
  9. turned data roaming on and off

None of these attempts worked.

The only thing I did not do was change APN settings. This is where things seem to not match what I find here at Lüm. This is what I have:

Can these settings be causing the problem? I was able to make calls perfectly fine until today. The phone is a OnePlus 9.

Thanks for your help.

I can confirm this issue is affecting myself and wife's phone as well. OnePlus 8T and OnePlus 12R. We have not changed anything and both devices have worked on Lum for over a year (close to two years in my case). I will assume for now it is a network issue.

This has been highly frustrating - I've spent 5 hours trouble shooting to no avail so seeing your response puts me at ease. I put the Lüm sim in another OnePlus phone and it did the same thing. I put a non-Lüm sim into the OnePlus 9 and it worked perfectly so it's not an issue with the phone. Now this issue is: how is this fixed?

It appears that the problem has been fixed as calls are working normally for us again.
