Couldnt finish last step of porting number

Hi everyone, i decided to switch from Bell to Lum. Everything was smooth at first. After my status has been approved, i click activate and was sent to confirm the transfer details. But i couldn’t click the confirm button no matter where i tried it: phone, app, laptop. I’m stuck here and would love to have some help. Thank you so much

I would try one more time on a computer with a different browser. If the issue persists, it could be a user interface related issue...
