International data for linked account

Hi everyone,

My wife is preparing to travel to Europe and I want to buy data for her. Our accounts are linked but I can't figure how to buy the data and ensure it goes onto her account, not mine. Does anyone have any tips? Thanks in advance!

    You should be able to go to Manage Services —> Data & Add-Ons.


    From there you can buy the right package for the linked account. If you are having trouble accessing the option, perhaps the best thing to do would be to log in directly into the account that needs the package and purchase it directly from there. If you continue to have trouble, please raise a support ticket in your lum account by going to

    Help —> Get Support.

    and someone will help you out.
