Linked account membership renewal

I received notification that my linked membership renewal would process today. It shows that it has renewed, but no payment has come out of my account and phone is not working (voice or text).

Looking for advice on how to get this processed asap. Thx!

    Log into the account and ensure card details are up to date and try renewing manually if there's an option.

    If still not resolved, raise a ticket in your Lum account, under support.
