Activated my SIM card at 4 pm today. 5 hrs later I have no service. Shows sos at the top ???

Same thing happened to me. No resolution yet.

Check your phone settings. I was set to auto connect to network. Took that off and connected to LUM mobile and it has started to work.

Hi Weezie, quite often when connecting for the first time it is a good ideal to:
- Turn Airplane mode on, then off
- OR
- Restart your phone
This re-established the connection to the network. If this doesn't help, open up a Trouble Ticket in myLüm,
