Why can I no longer receive calls?

I have been with Lum for almost a year and all of a sudden I can no longer receive calls. I have not knowingly made any changes to my phone. I am on an Android and I also cannot receive texts from an iPhone. I am able to send both texts and calls. I've tried all the suggestions I've found on the internet to no avail. Any ideas?

Can you verify your membership is active? And that you have enough data balance on your account? Did you try restarting your phone?

Yes, my account is still active. I have 20 days left and it should automatically renew. I have lots of data. I have restarted the phone a number of times and still no incoming calls
