So my data that would never expire is going to expire?
I never received notification about the new plans being rolled out, I just went to the Lum website tonight and found out. I'm still trying to wrap my head around this. When I signed up, I purchased 95 GBs for something like $200. When I purchased this data, I was promised my data would NEVER expire. Is this correct or am I missing something? I've been with Lum for about a year and a half. I should have enough data for years to come, I still have 100.81 GBs left, I am a low data user. How can this be legal? I'm hoping I am misunderstanding something here, I was promised my data would never expire as long as I had an active account with Lum.

So as I read it you will still retain that data. The only problem is you will be forced to buy a minimum of 150 GBs per year which just like me you will not use so yes in essence you are loosing what you have because you will never ever get to use it.

OK, I see. I'm technically not loosing the 100GBs I already purchased. But next time I renew I'll have a total of 250 GBs, and so on. Since I only use about 5 or 10 GBs per year, I definitely won't be renewing with Lum next year. What a let-down.
