How do I replace a lost phone but keep the existing phone number?

Hi,

My in-laws lost their phone in Mexico (it was on Lum). I have ordered a new Lum sim for them and have an old iPhone for them to use. How do I set up the new sim in the old phone but not loose their existing phone number?

    Once you receive your new SIM card. Just go into your Lüm account and under 'My Account' select the option for 'Switch Your Phone.'

    Follow all the steps and your new SIM card should be activated with the same phone number.

    If you have any issues. You can raise a support ticket in your Lüm account.
